Dress Code & Policies

In LOVE Memphis enforces a strict dress code for access to the venue. Please avoid all prohibited items to avoid denied entry.  The dress code is strictly enforced with management discretion.

Prohibited Items:

  • Athletic gear and apparel

  • Shorts

  • Torn or cut off clothing

  • Sandals

  • Athletic shoes

  • Workwear

  • Hats

  • Baggy Clothing

  • Offensive prints on clothing

  • Weapons

  • Controlled substances

  • Eye drops

  • Gum

  • Outside food or beverages

  • Liquids

  • Vitamins

  • Supplements

  • Over-the-counter medications

  • Prescription medications

  • Cameras

  • GoPros

  • Wearable technology

  • Selfie sticks

  • Vaporizers, e-cigs, etc.

Any devices found in use will be confiscated and disposed of by management without compensation. Guests noticeable intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance will be denied entry and will not be eligible to receive a refund.


All persons, bags, and personal items are subject to search. If you remove your shoes you will be immediately escorted out of the venue. We have a zero-tolerance policy.


You must be at least 21 years old with a valid ID to enter.


Things to Know:

General admission is standing room only. Please note seats are not accessible.

Doors open at 4 PM and performance times may vary. Performers may not take the stage until much later. 

Due to COVID-19 protocols, please wear a mask at all times when not eating or drinking. Seating is limited to promote social distancing.

The venue reserves the right to implement security procedures designed to protect the experience for all of our customers.
